Accessibility

This website and the facility portals should be usable by residents, families, staff, and partners.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Our commitment

  • We aim to make the public website usable with common assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, readable text, sufficient contrast, and clear form labels.
  • We use accessibility-minded development practices when updating public pages, forms, signing flows, and staff portal workflows.
  • Some older documents, uploaded files, maps, third-party assets, or generated PDFs may not fully meet every accessibility goal yet.

Feedback and assistance

  • If you have trouble using a page, form, document, or portal feature, contact biltmorecare@gmail.com and describe the page, the issue, and the assistive technology or browser being used.
  • If a digital form or document is not accessible to you, the applicable facility will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or process through an alternate method.

Ongoing work

  • Accessibility is an ongoing process. We plan to review important public workflows, form fields, document templates, contrast, keyboard behavior, error messages, and mobile layouts as the application is secured and refactored.
